Thanks for attending the OnBase Summit | EMEA 2016!
Now that the OnBase Summit is over, we’d like to thank everyone who attended for taking time out of their busy schedules to make it to Berlin.
Between the sessions, keynote speeches, and networking opportunities, I feel like the eighth year of the Summit was the best one yet. But being true Hylanders, we’re already thinking about ways to make next year even better.
Tips and other things I noticed in Berlin
We marked the 27th anniversary of the Berlin Wall coming down by walking the mile-long portion that is still standing at the East Side Gallery. To be exact, it’s nearly a mile long (8/10 of a mile). Being someone who grew up in a free country, seeing some of the art created by people from all over the world was intense—it really paints a picture of what it was like for people living on either side during that time. It is truly a symbol of freedom.
As far as the weather went, it was a very cold week. But that didn’t stop people from riding their bikes.
- Stay out of the bike lane
- Coffee in Berlin is SUPER STRONG
- Claudia was right, currywurst rules!
Thanks again. And let’s stay in touch throughout the year as we work toward our shared goal of helping organisations become more efficient and effective to better serve their customers, members, constituents, clients, students, and patients.
