Know before you go: The #OnBaseSummit

The OnBase Summit is about to kick off in Berlin! More than 250 attendees will convene to network and learn how to improve the way they manage business content, processes, and cases.

Here are a few tips to ensure you have a great Summit experience.

Download the Summit mobile app

To get the most out of the agenda, download the mobile app on your Android of iOS device. The app will be your guide to the agenda and the conference.

To download the app:

  • Search for “OnBase Event” in the app store and download
  • Open the app, look for our event “OnBase Summit 2017” and click to open
  • The event code to access the app is “OnBase17”
  • Log in for added features
  • We will send a verification code to your email address on file

Once you’re at the conference, log in to create your own personal schedule, submit surveys, and network with others!

If you do not have access to your email or have any issues with the app while at the conference, visit the registration desk during registration hours for troubleshooting assistance. We’ll be happy to assist you and help with any questions you may have.

You can also visit the Social Media Hub located in the hotel’s foyer. Connect with fellow attendees, relax, or charge your devices while checking out all the social media activity taking place at the Summit. You can even link the conference mobile app to your social accounts.

Venue and Wi-Fi info

This year’s conference venue is the Radisson Blu, Berlin. Please connect to the complimentary Wi-Fi network during the conference.

Centrally situated between Alexanderplatz and Museum Island, the Radisson Blu Berlin is surrounded by the city’s top attractions. One such attraction resides in the hotel lobby itself, the AquaDom, the world’s largest freestanding cylindrical aquarium. Close to the Berliner Congress Centre (BCC) and major transportation hubs like Alexanderplatz, our host hotel has a prime city-centre location.

Dress comfortably

Please dress comfortably and casually for all sessions and events. Keep in mind that layers work best, as meeting room temperatures vary. We also suggest comfortable shoes.
