At the recent TriZetto Healthcare Conference, held May 22 – 25 in Desert Springs, California, OnBase was omnipresent. The alliance, forged in May of last year, has since become a paragon of partnership. Integrating OnBase and TriZetto improves productivity, decision making and claims processing. In fact, our partnership has grown so strong, during last month’s conference, TriZetto’s product management team endorsed OnBase within their customer presentations with zeal. I couldn’t be more proud.
Here are a few highlights:
- Product managers for TriZetto’s care management solution, CareAdvance Fax Facts Using OnBase, showed how the solution captures and integrates inbound faxes and other documentation. Among the audience, CareSource, a provider that recently implemented this solution, chimed in with a glowing testimonial.
- A product management director’s session, “QNXT Appeals & Grievance Workflow Management: Demonstration and Direction,” demonstrated how OnBase is an underlying pillar of TriZetto’s A&G solution.
- Several members of TriZetto’s senior leadership team were among the audience for an OnBase-specific session.

The OnBase integration for TriZetto includes Facets, Care Advance Enterprise and QNXT, and provides a seamless integration to complement and extend the care management and claims experience.
