#CommunityLIVE: OnBase 17 live and uncut

I love seeing my favorite musicians in concert – not a video, not a pre-recorded performance – but live and in-person. There’s nothing like being in the same room and capturing the energy at a live show. A live performance can make or break my impression of the musician or band – great shows make me want to listen to their music even more, while a lackluster show means I might be removing them from my playlist.

I feel the same way about seeing live software – it’s really exciting to see it actually work. Not to take away from videos or screenshots of the software – but seeing it live is the only way to form a real opinion about the software.

See your favorite application up close

Watching a demo performed live allows you to ask questions and receive answers in the context of the application. Getting up close and personal is important to really know the products and solutions – but it’s not always possible to access on-demand demos or dive deep into software that you don’t own.

Imagine a giant sandbox where you have unlimited licenses and step-by-step instructions to build your dream solution. Experts are there to help you when you have questions or problems. And when you walk out the door, you’re equipped to execute every item on your ‘to do’ list.

As an attendee at CommunityLIVE, you have access to all of this and more! In one place, you have the opportunity to see OnBase 17 live and uncut – in breakout sessions, at expert stations, and by getting “hands on” in self-paced labs. You’ll have the opportunity to see how a single enterprise information platform can help you manage content, processes and cases – putting information in the hands of people when they need it.

Trust me, you don’t want to miss it!

Breakout sessions

We have 300+ sessions for attendees mix and match throughout the conference. The Product Track has a strong focus on what’s new in our solutions, and you will see a range of presentations by experts.

If you’re interested in the Unity Client, you don’t want to miss the Unity Basics and Unity Advanced sessions, which will be 100 percent demo! The sessions planned for Unity Forms, Application Enabler, and Document Composition (to name a few) all have demo portions planned as well.

And did you know that you can download the OnBase mobile content management applications to your device and connect to a test environment to experience it on your own device? Be sure to ask at the OnBase Mobile breakout sessions!

Or maybe you’re interested in the Hyland Cloud. If so, we’ve got you covered.

Expert stations

We have 39 expert stations staffed by the professionals that know the most about your solutions. Individuals from Development, QA, Technical Support, Services, Sales & Marketing will be ready to show you software, answer questions, and provide take-home resources in our CommunityCENTRAL expo.

The Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening is located in CommunityCENTRAL and the Expert Stations will be fully staffed. If you don’t catch your favorite expert on Tuesday night, CommunityCentral is open every day!

Self-paced labs

We have 29+ self-paced labs available for you to get your hands on the software, configure it, and dive into the user experience. These labs are an amazing opportunity to understand new products and new features – or brush up on functionality you haven’t used for a while. The labs are fully staffed to help with your questions, so you can walk away feeling like you are the expert!

If you’re interested in learning more, come see me at CommunityLIVE 2017. My OnBase 17 Demo is ready and I can’t wait to show it off!
