Three positions that are currently a high-priority for us to fill are:

1. Technical Support Analysts
Technical Support Analysts are responsible for fielding and resolving OnBase issues by utilizing internal OnBase systems, troubleshooting utilities and supporting processes. Qualifications include two years’ experience providing technical customer support, help desk experience, application support experience and software troubleshooting/diagnostic experience.

We are also seeking candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

2. Technical Consultant, Implementation Services
Technical Consultants provide consulting services and deliver solutions for our customers. The position entails designing, configuring and deploying our software at customer sites across the US. Ideal candidates will have experience engaging with enterprise-level customers within the banking, manufacturing, government or commercial industries.

We are also open to entry-level candidates for this position.

3. Business Consultants
Business Consultants are responsible for providing business analysis consulting services with an overall objective of implementing business application solutions. Candidates must be able to perform business analysis by gathering information about business processes and concerns, design best practice business applications and compose documentation outlining requirements for building those business applications.
