Here’s a great example.
NYU Langone Medical Center came to us with a challenge. The healthcare facility wanted to address one of its patients’ chief complaints about visiting the doctor: the need to complete numerous healthcare forms on each visit.
We listened. And, working with NYU Langone, Samsung and Computer SI, came up with a solution. We created a seamless way to collect information that both respects patients’ time as well as their confidentiality.
The standard registration process was similar to most hospitals. You’ve likely experienced it yourself. Patients were handed a clipboard with blank forms to complete before they were seen by their physician. And if the patient visited multiple offices within the system—sometimes even in the same building— she was required to fill out the same forms that were completed minutes earlier.
No more. And the fact that one of those “multiple offices,” NYU Langone’s Women’s Health Center, saves time and money by reducing paper use – paper that was manually, and expensively, scanned and indexed into the system – is beside the point. NYU Langone wanted to serve its patients better. And we wanted to help NYU serve its patients better.

It’s a wonderful thing. But it’s merely a signpost on our journey. A journey that we want to take with you.
